Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including some beauty and personal care items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items may not be eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened beauty or personal care items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
